Ornamental grasses add striking linear form, texture, colour, movement, and sound to your garden or terrace all year round.
We offer a variety of ornamental grasses in our online garden centre, including true grasses (Poaceae) and several other grass-like plants that are commonly sold as ornamental grasses. These include sedges (Cyperaceae), rushes (Juncaceae), restios (Restionaceae), and cat-tails (Typhaceae). All are monocotyledons, usually featuring narrow leaves with parallel veins. Most of these plants are herbaceous perennials, although many are evergreen, and some develop woody tissues.
